Just wanted to say what an amazing lady this woman is!  Penny exudes strength, compassion & reassurance.

I'm sure if there were more women like Penny then none of this would be as traumatic as what it can be for some people.

She definately made my experience in Auckland so much easier, not only in the initial meeting, but my hospital stay & then the follow up phone calls to/from Rotorua.

I wish her the very very best, and hope she gets more time to herself as she definately works outside the standard working hours!
