Terms and Conditions

The sale or supply of all products and services from the Silver Ribbon Foundation Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Silver Ribbon Foundation  has the right to refuse the sale or supply of any product or service where we deem appropriate.
• Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Silver Ribbon Foundation contracts third party Couriers for deliveries; we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.
• Liability limited to price of product.
• No liability for consequential loss.

Payment

Payments are made by Credit card or by direct credit to our bank account. Credit card statements will show payment made to
The Leonie Coates Ovarian Cancer Trust – The Silver Ribbon Foundation.

Customs and Shipping

Individual countries have various laws for the importation of Goods. Silver Ribbon Foundation will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs and subject to inspection fees - Silver Ribbon Foundation is not liable for these fees. We urge you to check your country’s legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through which the items may be shipped.

Submissions

The Silver Ribbon Foundation appreciates hearing from its customers. By submitting your ideas, inventions, suggestions or other materials (your “submission”) you grant Silver Ribbon Foundation a perpetual, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
