An old-fashioned remedy was recommended to me by a girlfriend who is a naturopath.
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 30 minutes before every meal.
The apple cider vinegar brings your stomach to the correct PH level, so it can process food correctly and allow the vitamins, minerals and nutrients to absorb properly into our bodies.
This is believed to have a radical affect on the immune system and the bodies effect on fighting cancers! And it's not to hard to swallow!!
